London-based Smith & Nephew chose The Stacks at 3 Crossings as their newest international location, intended for use as a research and development facility for their medical robotics line of products. The client's goal was to provide a stimulating environment for their workforce while attracting future talent from many of Pittsburgh's great universities. In addition to working closely with Smith & Nephew, Workscape also partnered with Perkins Eastman and JLL to ensure this vibrant space was furnished on time and on budget.
