rom meaningful projects and memorable showroom events to opportunities to give back, 2025 was a year shaped by collaboration, community, and the people behind the work. Each milestone reinforced why we do what we do and reminded us that our best work happens when strong partnerships come together.

Giving Back & Community Impact

Supporting our community remained central to Workscape’s mission throughout the year. From volunteering with Best of the Batch during their annual toy drive to continuing partnerships with Pitt Women’s Athletics and participating in Nathan Marucci’s Backpack Drive, our team was proud to give back in ways that made a tangible difference across Western Pennsylvania.

Project Installations

In 2025, we were honored to partner on projects that reflect thoughtful design, long-term vision, and environments built to support the people who use them every day.

At Pitt Hillman Library, Workscape supported a phased, long-term renovation alongside GBBN and the University of Pittsburgh. The refreshed space created a welcoming environment that blends functionality with modern design. “It’s amazing to see the completion of this phased, long-term renovation,” said Workscape Account Manager, Molly Snee.  “While it’s bittersweet to see this project come to a close, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished.

Our work with Edgeworth Security focused on evolving their workspace to support focus, collaboration, and the high level of precision their work demands. Through early planning and close coordination, the result was a clean, modern environment designed for performance and growth. “The result is a thoughtfully designed workplace that balances performance, flexibility, and a clean, modern aesthetic, setting the stage for their continued growth,” shared Kevin Martz, Vice President, Workscape.

At Right Traffic, Workscape delivered a seamless process from early planning through final installation, helping bring their vision to life under a challenging timeline.

“Their team worked in perfect harmony, each member contributing to a seamless and cohesive process that brought our vision to life with precision and creativity,” explained Dan Norton, Facilities Manager, Right Traffic.

We were also thrilled to partner with the Pittsburgh International Airport on their recent terminal remodel, upgrading seating across multiple gate areas. The new seating enhances comfort, durability, and design. It improves the day-to-day travel experience for both Pittsburghers and visitors.

Memorable Moments from 2025

Beyond the projects, this year was filled with moments that brought our team, partners, and community together.

In June, we transformed our showroom into a mini golf course for our Putt Putt Party, celebrating the U.S. Open just up the road. Custom holes were installed directly into our DIRTT raised flooring, turning the space into a lively hangout complete with golf-themed bites, cocktails, and friendly competition.

We also celebrated an important milestone as Dave Sauter, co-founder of Workscape and President and head of sales for 29 years, officially retired. While bittersweet, the transition marked an exciting new chapter as Alicia Wolfe stepped into her role as Senior Vice President of Sales, continuing Workscape’s legacy of strong client partnerships and workplace innovation.

On International Women’s Day, our showroom became a vibrant gallery thanks to The Art Supply Co., featuring an incredible lineup of women artists. The celebration highlighted creativity, collaboration, and community, while supporting fellow women-owned businesses like Black Radish Catering. Special thanks to our partners at MillerKnoll for helping make the event so impactful.

We closed out the year celebrating a major business milestone at the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 Awards, where Workscape ranked #17 among the region’s fastest-growing private companies. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the strength of the Pittsburgh community that continues to support our growth.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on 2025, we’re grateful for the relationships, projects, and moments that defined the year. And as we look forward, we’re especially excited to enter our 30th year in 2026, continuing to build what’s next—together.
